For each design, MOQ is 50-100 pcs per design per color. You can mixed sizes, up to 4-5 sizes.
Usually, a sample with logo customized 50 USD/pc, and blank sample will be 40 USD/pc, not include shipping fee.
Sample fee can be refunded in bulk as the design is more than 300 pcs.
